The JORD Team is a visual group. Whether it's sweating over the look of our timepieces, or staring out the window from our desks, we need visually interesting things in our day to day.

So you won't be surprised when we tell you we spend a good deal of our time on Instagram. You might call us explorers of the social channel, which we would thank you for because it’s a nice way of saying that we “spend too much time” on it.

For our efforts, we come bearing great gifts to you. We recently became obsessed with a few photographers we’ve come across on IG - and a certain page about scuba diving, but we digress.

Five Instagram Photographers to Check Out

1) Aaron Ricketts @aaronricketts_

Aaron is a Philadelphia, Pennsylvania based freelance photographer who specializes in capturing the beauty of urban landscapes. Right away, you’re drawn in with the subtle colors in all of his shots. The black, white, and grey tones in each shot are stunning. 

 

 

2) Chris Konig @chris.konig

Chris is a world-traveler, which is obvious at first glance of his page. We were instantly jealous of the beautiful scenery he was able to take in, and capture, first-hand. Chris travels to areas of the world rarely experienced by most of us, and shows us the relationship of human lives and nature through his lens.

 

3)Vanessa Lopez @v_lo86

There is a lot to see in Los Angeles, and Vanessa has shown us some of the coolest shots we’ve seen of the city. Her Instagram is filled with gorgeous images of the urban skyline during all times of the day. It would be hard to choose a favorite but her sunset shots are typically pretty awe inspiring.

 

 

4)Bobby Hicks @thisfellow

Bobby Hicks travels to places, and experiences things that you want to. Period. Oh, and he takes amazing shots of the journey. We recommend checking out his site too, as he keeps a journal of each place he stops at.

 

5)Andrew Duckman @a.duckman

Make sure there’s a smile on your face the next time you’re strolling through the city of Chicago. Andrew captures the daily lives of the people. What you will find in his feed is spectacular images of everyday life with everyday people. There’s no posing in the shots, yet the images seem like they’re staged for a poster.
