One year warranty

Let's keep things simple. Here is what you need to know about our warranty:

If you got all crazy with your timepiece or band

If you happen to be a little careless with your timepiece or band (ex: your dog ate it, or you broke it while wrestling), we will charge you a small repair fee. Honesty is appreciated :)



Our bad...

If there was a defect in our workmanship, we will put our heads down in shame and repair the timepiece or band free of charge. If your RMA is issued within 90 days of your original order: United States customers will receive pre-paid return shipping service (international customers receive $20 USD return shipping credit).

Exchanges & returns

Want something else? Need to save your money for a new bicycle?

Exchanges within 15 days of delivery

You wanted the Zebrawood instead of the Ebony you bought? We will exchange your timepiece or band free of charge. We just ask that you cover the shipping fee back to us.

Refunds within 15 days of delivery

Need that money for something else? We will refund your complete purchase (less any shipping, customization, engraving, & sizing fees). We ask that you cover the shipping fee back to us.

After 15 days, but within 3 months

Took you a while to change your mind? No problem, we will exchange your timepiece/band or refund your order (less any shipping, customization, engraving, & sizing fees). We will charge a flat 15% restocking fee and ask that you cover the shipping fee back to us.

Repairs after 1 year

We’re still here even after the warranty period has ended

Our watchmakers are standing by to take care of your beautifully aged timepiece or band. We will simply charge you the small repair fee and ask that you pay for shipping back to our repair facility.
