As a design company we work as a true collective, and often we are collectively talking out loud. Sometimes at no one in particular, and sometimes to ourselves. It has created the necessity for company-wide issuing of headphones that we can escape into when needed.
More often than not we're all enjoying our own private concerts; we randomly chair dance, shoulder shake, and talk/sing when we get fully lost in a song.
